Job summary

TW Metals, LLC, a leading global distributor of specialty metals, seeks an on-site Contract Sales assistant in Orlando, FL. You will monitor customer portals, align material supply with demand dates, and communicate with sales teams and customers to ensure orders progress smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong English communication, with preferred industry or sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

• Assist Contract Sales by monitoring customer portals and aligning material supply with customer demand dates.

• Assist sales by monitoring and updating open mill orders and outside processing.
• Assist OPS Admin with logistics, certifications, quality, and related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Contract Sales by monitoring customer portals and helping to align material supply with customer demand dates.
• Communicate effectively with sales employees, mill service representatives and customers.
• Assist sales by monitoring and updating open mill orders and outside processing.
• Assists OPS Admin with logistics, certifications, quality and other related tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
• Industry and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and fluently speak the English language.
• Possess effective communication skills which include verbal and written
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn proprietary programs including Metalware and Nex-Gen.
• Displays effective use of time management skills
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills critical to the success of the role
• Start time varies from 7am-9am with a consistent 8 hour a day schedule - staggered rotation
• Possess strong math aptitude especially regarding percentage and fractions.
