Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to lead hospital, office and clinical account relationships across the territory, driving BD-TTM product sales and revenue. You will build key accounts, deliver product demonstrations, and work with a Clinical Manager to meet company goals.

This role requires frequent travel, strong clinical knowledge, and adherence to BD policies while maintaining patient safety and product quality in diverse care environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Ability to manage territory and meet revenue targets.
• Experience calling on hospital, office, and clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the assigned territory and meet revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with key accounts, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Provide product demonstrations, in-services, and education to customers as required.
• Attend local, regional, and national medical conferences.
• Support field sales teams with training and coaching as needed.
