BD is seeking a Territory Manager for Targeted Temperature Management (TTM) to expand BD-TTM sales within hospital, office, and clinical settings. You will manage a territory, grow current accounts, and establish new Key Accounts through demonstrations, education, and in-service as needed.

The role emphasizes strong clinical knowledge, strategic planning, and maintaining relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital leadership. Expect significant travel to fulfill targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of sales experience with demonstrated sales success.
• Clinical background preferred (RN/BSN).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets.
• Defines and develops sustainable new business opportunities.
• Builds and maintains sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts.
• Performs product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required.
• Develops monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to meet revenue targets.
