Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager in the Interventional Surgery Division to drive sales of infection prevention and biosurgery products in the RI territory. You will manage accounts, present products to surgeons and OR staff, and provide on-site support to ensure correct usage and outcomes.

You will develop new business, maintain BD product knowledge, and meet sales goals while traveling extensively within your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in operating room sales/medical devices is preferred.
• Proven sales performance and territory development.

Responsibilities

• Present, educate, and provide in-services on BD products to surgeons and OR staff.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of products.
• Train physicians and hospital staff on product use.
• Maintain knowledge of BD products, channels, and distribution.
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals.
• Develop new prospects and establish new customers.
• Inform customers of pricing, backorders, and forecasts.
• Manage paperwork, sales funnel, and route plans.
