The role requires developing relationships with distributors, training partners, and meeting sales goals, with insights shared to regional leadership. Strong presentation and data-driven prospecting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large accounts and developing new business within a territory.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and promote Brady products to meet them.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with distributors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage select accounts and develop new business through pipeline.
• Cross-sell Brady products/services across accounts and train distribution partners.
• Forecast sales activity, coordinate with internal teams, and meet/exceed goals.
• Conduct site visits as safety/industrial product expert and provide solutions.
