Job summary

Mineralys is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the launch and growth of its hypertension product across the US. You will educate healthcare providers, build relationships, and meet sales targets while navigating a fast-paced, launch environment.

You will develop territory plans, promote product adoption, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing and reimbursement teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered engagement nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Preference for specialty sales (cardiometabolic) and launch experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong clinical and scientific communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Up to 60% travel, and fully remote, based within the US.
• Focus on hypertension and related comorbidities, biologic or small molecule modalities, in a regulatory-compliant, customer-centric environment.
