Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is assisting a growing life-science company in Princeton, NJ to find a Territory Manager. This role Educates clients on new products and solutions while growing the business, with strong CRM discipline and independent teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales, excels in consultative selling, and is comfortable with outbound calls and virtual interactions. Bachelor’s degree preferred; base salary is $70k–$100k OTE with commission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales, healthcare, or a call center environment.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer relationship skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to educate and sell to current and prospective customers.
• Promote bone grafting and regenerative solutions and expand product adoption within assigned territories.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records.
• Act as a remote regenerative specialist, leading product conversations and driving purchase intent.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Support campaigns, product launches, promotions, and educational programs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer complaints in accordance with internal procedures.
• Lead outbound sales training, onboard new team members, and help document best practices.
