Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to drive new business growth and ensure customer success in the North Central region, covering Nebraska and ideally O’Neill. You’ll travel frequently and represent Halter on the ground, engaging ranchers with our virtual fencing technology.

Your day-to-day includes prospecting, in-field sales from ranch settings, expanding opportunities, and delivering onboarding to customers across US farms.

Qualifications

• Driven attitude and strong communication skills.
• Experience with ranching or cattle operations is a plus.
• Proven track record in sales and building customer relationships.
• Experience managing a territory and strategic pipeline development.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel within the US regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business in local cattle communities and auctions.
• In-field sales activities on ranches, using Halter solutions to demonstrate value.
• Expand existing opportunities and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Hit sales targets and manage the sales pipeline with discipline.
• Oversee customer onboarding and post-sale support to ensure satisfaction.
