Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of infection prevention and biosurgery products in a designated territory. You will educate physicians, surgeons, and OR teams, provide on-site support during procedures, and expand current accounts while developing new ones.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, OR environment familiarity, and strong relationship-building with healthcare professionals; extensive travel (~80%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience required.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand BD product sales within the territory.
• Present, educate, and provide in-services to surgeons and OR staff.
• Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals and manage expenses.
