Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to cover the West side of Los Angeles from Torrance to Santa Barbara, including Irvine. You will manage relationships with large healthcare systems and IDNs, calling on anesthesiologists and cardiac specialists, with BD’s FloTrac, ClearSight, Acumen IQ, and ForeSight portfolios.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of medical devices sales experience, strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles with

• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Medical devices industry experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on and grow relationships with large healthcare organizations including IDNs and major hospital systems.
• Manage opportunities and close deals within assigned territory in West Los Angeles area.
• Analyze performance gaps and execute regional strategies to meet sales targets.
• Navigate multi-layered decision-making structures within large hospitals and IDNs.
