Job summary

BD in Irvine is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth on the West side of Los Angeles, from Torrance up to Santa Barbara. You will manage relationships with IDNs and major hospital systems, calling on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care teams, and EP labs, to expand adoption of FloTrac/ForeSight products and related monitoring solutions.

The role requires a proven sales track record in medical devices, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Medical devices industry experience.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong enterprise-level selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with large-scale healthcare organizations, including IDNs and major hospital systems.
• Call on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care, and EP Lab professionals.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Analyze performance gaps and implement regional strategies to meet sales targets.
