Job summary

Mobia Medical is seeking a Territory Manager for Washington DC/Northern Virginia to drive adoption of the Vivistim Paired VNS therapy across PM&R, Neurosurgery, and Physical Therapy. You will build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers and clinics, lead sales initiatives, and support product education in collaboration with clinical teams.

The role requires a proven medical device sales background, strategic planning, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of documented, successful sales experience.
• Experience selling to PM&R/Physiatry, Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain Management and Physical Therapy.
• BA/BS degree (life sciences, business, nursing or medical product marketing preferred).
• Strong communication and strategic planning abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Launch first-to-market Vivistim system to PM&R, Neurosurgery, and Physical Therapy in hospitals and ASCs.
• Develop plans and strategies for developing key new healthcare physician customers.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales and therapy adoption goals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain weekly reporting to leadership.
• Manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities across the geography.
