Job summary

BD Interventional Surgery division seeks a Territory Manager to grow sales across infection prevention and biosurgery products. You will educate surgeons and OR staff, provide on-site support, and develop new accounts while meeting territory profitability goals.

You’ll travel extensively, maintain product knowledge, and build strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff. Valid driver’s license and OR sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience; OR experience preferred.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company.
• Criminal background satisfactory to BD.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Internal and External Customers.
• Understanding of contracts and group purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory sales of BD Infection Prevention and Biosurgery products.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures.
• Train physicians and hospital staff on product use.
• Develop new prospects and establish new customers.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and relationships with customers.
