Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, is hiring a Territory Manager to promote Infection Prevention and Biosurgery products to physicians, OR staff, and hospital decision makers in the United States. You will educate, train, and support customers on product use, drive territory sales, develop new accounts, and travel extensively to facilities, building strong relationships while meeting revenue goals.

A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of medical device sales experience are required; operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience required.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience preferred.
• Documentation of successful sales performance required.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment required.

Responsibilities

• Presents, educates, and provides in-services on BD products to surgeons, OR staff, and other decision makers.
• Provides on-site technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of products.
• Maintains knowledge of BD products, channels, and distribution methods.
• Responsible for meeting territory sales and profitability goals.
• Develops new prospects and establishes new customers.
• Travel and manage territory plans to optimize coverage.
