Job summary

Top Candidate Search Group seeks a Territory Manager - Medical to drive growth in Kentucky and Cincinnati, OH. You will expand clinical applications, develop high-level clinician relationships, and support product evaluations in healthcare facilities.

You will educate customers, train staff, and collaborate with marketing to relay field feedback while coordinating across teams to sell the full suite of products and services offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience selling capital equipment or disposables in hospital markets or clinical support in medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand clinical applications within existing and new customers.
• Build relationships with clinicians and leadership in healthcare systems (e.g., Neurology, Cardiology, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine).
• Provide product evaluation support, education, training, and issue resolution.
• Provide customer feedback to marketing and support marketing activities.
• Team-sell with other functions to promote the full offering of products and services.
• Produce various reports for management.
• Maintain and track demo and evaluation inventory.
• Complete required administrative activities.

Description

• Drive business growth and expand clinical application within existing customers as well as new customers
• Build relationships with high-level clinicians, including physicians and nursing leadership, and other specialty area within the healthcare system (i.e. Neurology, Cardiology, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine).
• Provide product evaluation support in healthcare facilities and manage the customer retention including education, training and complain handing
• Provide customer feedback to marketing, support tradeshow and other marketing activities
• Work with other functional areas in an effort to ‘team sell’ into Healthcare Systems, in an effort to drive the entire offering of products and services.
• Provides various reports as required by management.
• Maintain and track demo and evaluation inventory.
• Complete required administrative activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in selling capital equipment or disposables in the hospital market or a Minimum of 2 years working in a clinical support capacity for a medical device company targeting Critical Care, Cardiology, or Emergency Medicine clinicians. preferred

Compensation

Base salary $65k Base, uncapped commissions paid quarterly total at plan compensation is $250k. Plus health/dental + Car allowance + Expenses
