Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Maternal and Child Health portfolio across hospital settings. You will lead clinical discussions, deliver product education, and build strong relationships with OB/GYN, NICU, and L&D stakeholders while managing territory plans and forecasts.

You will travel extensively (up to 80%), work within IDN/GPO frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to expand adoption of Laborie solutions in hospital-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in women’s health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal medical devices.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80%.
• Experience with IDN or GPO systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory plan to achieve quota objectives and grow MCH portfolio.
• Lead consultative clinical discussions and provide product education.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nursing leaders, physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Navigate value analysis, procurement, and reimbursement frameworks with IDN/GPO partners.
• Use data analysis and CRM to drive predictable, scalable results.
