Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Maternal and Child Health portfolio. This field-based role combines clinical insight with strategic sales to expand adoption in hospital settings.

You will engage with clinicians and nursing leaders, lead product education, and leverage CRM systems to forecast and prioritize opportunities. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in women's health or related fields are required, with up to 80% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in women’s health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal medical devices, with exposure to new product launches and high-growth environments.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of time based on geography.

Responsibilities

• Execute a defined territory plan to achieve quota objectives and grow penetration across the MCH portfolio.
• Lead consultative clinical discussions and deliver product education and training for evaluations and sustained adoption in L&D, OB/GYN, and NICU.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders and develop clinical champions.
• Navigate value analysis, procurement, and reimbursement frameworks within IDN or GPO aligned systems.
