Job summary

Laborie seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth across the Maternal and Child Health portfolio in hospital settings. The role combines clinical insight with consultative selling and requires building strong clinician relationships and navigating procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in women’s health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal medical devices with launches and high-growth environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of time based on geography.
• Experience with IDN or GPO aligned systems and CRM/Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute a defined territory plan to achieve quota objectives and grow penetration across the MCH portfolio.
• Lead consultative clinical discussions and deliver product education to support evaluations and sustained adoption in L&D, OB/GYN, and NICU.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nursing leaders, physicians and hospital stakeholders while developing clinical champions.
• Navigate hospital value analysis, procurement, and reimbursement frameworks; support IDN/GPO aligned systems with account teams.
• Use data analysis, forecasting and CRM discipline to drive predictable, scalable results with integrity.
