Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp is seeking a Territory Manager for its Maternal Child Health portfolio. The role is field-based, driving growth across hospitals and IDN/GPO accounts with clinical education and consultative selling in L&D, OB/GYN, and NICU settings.

The candidate will lead territory strategy, manage accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand adoption of Laborie solutions while meeting quota and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field).
• 5 years’ experience in women’s health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal devices.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of time.
• Experience with IDN or GPO aligned systems.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute a defined territory plan to achieve quota objectives and grow MCH portfolio.
• Lead consultative clinical discussions and deliver product education and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Navigate value analysis, procurement, reimbursement, and contract processes with teams.
• Use data, forecasting, and CRM to drive predictable, scalable results.
