Job summary

Laborie, a leader in maternal and neonatal care, seeks a Territory Manager to drive day-to-day activities and growth across the MCH portfolio within hospital settings. The role blends clinical insight with consultative selling to expand adoption among L&D, OB/GYN, and NICU teams.

You will execute territory plans, lead product education, foster relationships with clinicians and hospital leaders, and navigate procurement and value-analysis processes to deliver measurable, scalable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in women's health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal devices.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80%.
• Experience with IDN or GPO systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute a defined territory plan to meet quota objectives and drive new account acquisition.
• Lead consultative clinical discussions and deliver product education to support evaluations and adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, nursing leaders, physicians, and hospital stakeholders.
• Navigate hospital value analysis, procurement, and reimbursement frameworks.
• Forecast using data analysis and CRM to drive predictable, scalable results.
