Lobby Co in the Lehigh Valley, PA is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager for the medical device/surgical field. This field-based role covers eastern PA including Allentown, Easton, Scranton, focusing on OR and acute care hospitals.

You will drive sales, present complex solutions, and build relationships with clinicians and admin leaders. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, a clean driving record, 3+ years of B2B or healthcare sales, and a proven ability to hit targets.

Territory Manager (Medical Device / Surgical) - Lehigh Valley PA

Position Summary

Our client, a market leading medical device company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager for their Field-Based Sales team, located in the Allentown PA area. This position will focus on driving sales and supporting innovative technologies used in the Operating Room / acute care hospitals within the designated territory. The territory covers eastern PA (not as far as Philly), including Allentown, Easton, Scranton, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in the region.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the benefits and clinical value of the company's solutions.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to keep competitive and meet performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree & clean Motor Vehicle Record (past 3 years)
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2B or the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships effectively.
• Live within (or very near) the assigned territory geography

Salary & Benefits

• Annual salary: $83,000 with uncapped commission. $193,000 at plan.
