BD is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales of infection prevention and biosurgery products across the USA, with a focus on the New Jersey region including Franklin Lakes. You will partner with surgeons, OR staff and hospital buyers to educate on product use and drive adoption.

The role requires building new accounts, meeting territory goals, and managing a balanced plan with daily surgeon and OR staff engagement. Travel and in-office presence are expected as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Educate surgeons, OR staff and clinicians on product use; provide on-site technical support during procedures.
• Develop new prospects and establish new customers; manage territory to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate pricing, promotions, and policy changes to customers.
