Becton Dickinson is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Interventional Surgery in the US. The role focuses on field-level support for physicians and clinical staff, with extensive travel to build customer relationships, deliver training, and demonstrate products.

You will work with Field Sales and Marketing to achieve annual targets and progress toward the Territory Manager role. The position emphasizes developing clinical experience, selling skills, and relocation readiness within the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80% with extended overnights.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Attends training to learn the Surgery portfolio and provide support to the team.
• Drives sales by supporting accounts, conducting product in-servicing and demonstrations.
• Plans and prioritizes calls with TM/RBM and tracks account activity.
• Maintains promotional tools and keeps accurate account records.
