Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive market development and provide hands-on technical support for CVRx therapies in cardiovascular care.

You will partner with physicians, healthcare providers, and internal teams to educate on products and help achieve sales targets. The role requires deep knowledge of implantable medical devices, ability to travel up to 75% in the Minneapolis or Omaha region, and strong presentation, negotiation and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7–10+ years of experience in medical device sales and business development.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices, especially heart failure therapies.
• Master medical and surgical concepts behind implantable devices.
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitors.
• Experience with KOLs, APPs, and healthcare contacts in the territory.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing sales skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% annually.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives territory strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Supports implants and follow-up procedures; provides technical assistance.
• Represents CVRx devices to cardiologists and surgeons to explain therapies.
• Provides on-call clinical support and physician training.
• Maintains Salesforce records of devices and programs.
