Qualifications

• Good attention to detail with timely follow-up.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Strong organizational skills with prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work within safety guidelines and follow procedures.
• Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Establish rapport with key customer contacts and vendors.
• Meet and exceed sales and margin targets, including forecasts and budget.
• Prospect for and acquire new business, focusing on accounts with annual volume > $5k.
• Grow sales to existing customers by understanding product needs and offering solutions.
• Organize and prioritize to ensure effective territory coverage.
• Evaluate filter applications for value optimization and present solutions; generate timely quotes.
• Utilize CRM to maintain contacts, document activities, and manage opportunities.
• Participate in product training and vendor trainings.
