Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Philadelphia to drive growth with Invisalign and iTero in dental practices.

You will manage a defined geography of Orthodontists and General Dentists, build relationships, educate buyers on digital orthodontic solutions, and execute territory plans to increase revenue and case volume. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort discussing business metrics and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, B2B or medical device/dental industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Comfort with business discussions (ROI, cash flow, P&L) and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with Invisalign and iTero products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to educate customers and drive modernization.
• Achieve quarterly and annual territory sales targets.
• Manage a defined geography of orthodontists and general dentists to grow business.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan based on account potential.
• Create account plans for high-potential clients based on goals and opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics to support customer decision making and product fit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align Align products with customer needs.
