Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.

You will partner with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to reach patients and providers, meet sales goals, and expand the territory through strategic planning and relationship building. Travel up to 80% is required as you engage healthcare professionals, deliver product education, and attend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of industry sales and/or field experience, preferably in diabetes or managed care.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
• Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value.
• Leverage sales methodologies to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
• Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.
• Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting.
