Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Territory Manager for the South Alabama and Florida Panhandle region. This field-based role covers Mobile, Dothan, Montgomery, Pensacola, Destin and Panama City, and is fully remote within the specified territory.

You will partner with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to grow the business and meet sales goals through strategic planning and key account development. Qualification includes a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of industry sales experience, with

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of industry sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within your territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
• Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Leverage Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management to accelerate revenue growth.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and educators.
• Represent Tandem at events, conventions and community outreach.
• Keep territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Privacy/HIPAA and other regulations.
