Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Territory Manager for the Alabama South region. This field-based role covers South Alabama and Florida Panhandle, including Mobile, Dothan and Montgomery, with remote work flexibility.

You will partner with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to expand market presence, meet sales goals, and build lasting relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across the territory.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes/endocrinology or insulin therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within territory; valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive territory growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
• Identify and open doors with healthcare professionals to create value.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers and patients.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and timely reporting; collaborate with internal teams.
