Tandem Diabetes Care in Alabama is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the South Alabama region and the Florida Panhandle. This fully remote field role partners with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to reach providers and patients with our insulin pump therapy.

You will grow the territory, build strong relationships, and meet sales goals by executing strategic plans while collaborating with internal teams and staying compliant with HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes or endocrinology.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.

Responsabilités

• Grow the territory by creating and executing smart territory plans.
• Identify opportunities, open doors, and build partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value.
• Utilize Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management to drive revenue growth.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers and patients.
• Represent Tandem at events and ensure CRM tracking and timely reporting.
