Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead growth in South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. You will partner with clinicians and providers, drive strategic territory plans, and represent Tandem at events while maintaining CRM records and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of field sales experience, with up to 80% travel. You’ll enjoy a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits as part of a robust compensation package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of industry sales and/or field experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
