Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our presence in South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.

You will work with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to meet and exceed sales goals, building relationships with providers and patients and navigating complex reimbursement landscapes. As a field-based role, you will cover Mobile, Dothan, Montgomery, Pensacola, Destin, and Panama City, travel up to 80%, and drive education, product adoption, and patient outcomes through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
• Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value.
• Leverage Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
• Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.
• Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences.
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
