Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to join our field-based team in the Southeast United States. You will work with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to grow the territory, identify customers, and exceed sales goals in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

The role requires 3+ years of industry sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 80% within the territory. A strong track record in diabetes or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of industry sales and/or field experience.
• Travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
• Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value.
• Leverage Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
• Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.
• Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences.
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
