Job summary

BD Interventional seeks a Territory Manager to lead sales in the ARR space, expanding within hospitals and surgery centers. You will be the product expert, educating OR staff and surgeons on proper use and benefits while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Travel up to 80% is required to support BD products and programs. You should have a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of medical/sales experience, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to drive growth and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years general sales experience.
• Ability to work in an Operating Room and tolerate long hours.
• Strong understanding of sales needs and buyer concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings for business decisions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops thorough knowledge of all ARR products.
• Provides on-site technical support during procedures.
• Trains physicians and hospital staff on product use.
• Ensures surgeons have current product information.
• Meets territory sales and profitability goals.
• Manages territory planning, expenses, and forecasting.
• Builds relationships with customers and partners.
• Travels to meet Surgery customers and attends events.
