Job summary
Alpha Medical Partners is seeking a physician for an outpatient internal medicine position in Baltimore, Maryland. Responsibilities include routine adult primary care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management with a focus on collaboration with the care team. The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO, be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, and possess strong communication and clinical skills. - Perform routine adult primary care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
