Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical Inc. in the LA/Inland Empire area. The role focuses on promoting our intravascular lithotripsy technology to hospitals and physicians, driving new business, and managing case coverage in catheter labs.

You will build relationships with interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons, deliver clinical education, and meet or exceed territory sales targets while adhering to compliance standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences; cardiovascular preferred.
• Sales experience in catheter technology or interventional sales is a plus.
• Ability to meet/exceed sales plans quarterly and annually.
• Ability to manage time/resources/budget within territory.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify needs and case types.
• Educate customers on products and clinical usage with presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in hospital operating rooms; advise on product usage.
• Achieve sales revenue objectives and territory quota.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, R&D and other units to identify opportunities.
