Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in hospital settings by building physician relationships, promoting Shockwave products, and delivering expert clinical guidance. You will meet with interventional cardiologists and surgeons, develop sales plans, and ensure coverage of catheter lab cases.

The role requires strong clinical acumen, a track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to coordinate with clinical, marketing, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred). May substitute 3 years cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience.
• Successful Sales experience in catheter technology with occlusive vascular disease, endovascular, atherectomy, stent, coronary sales experience with peripheral influence preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet and exceed the assigned sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital personnel to determine needs, goals, and product usage.
• Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage with presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in hospital ORs and advise on product usage for physician insights.
• Attain sales/revenue objectives for the territory and quota.
