Job summary

Philips is seeking a Sales Territory Manager for Heart Rhythm Management in Minneapolis, MN to grow the cardiac lead management business and expand physician adoption of Excimer laser technology.

This field role emphasizes strategic planning, customer relationships, and account management across Minnesota with occasional travel to nearby states. You will collaborate with Clinical Advisors and Service Engineers to deliver solutions and ensure safe lead extraction product use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer relationship and account management experience in the industry
• BA or BS in Business or related field or equivalent education/experience
• Knowledge of Excimer laser technology required; pacing technologies, electrophysiology, and related CRM devices is desired
• Ability to manage assigned accounts, drive utilization, budget and expense reporting
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental requirements for this sales role

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue growth and develop territory plan; negotiate with decision-makers to meet sales objectives
• Develop communication to generate physician interest in Excimer laser products and assess influencers' motives
• Maintain communication with Clinical Advisors, Field Service Engineers, Management and influence network
• Initiate and stimulate account support activities: clinical support, technical service and hospital safety procedures
• Travel within Minnesota (Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Cloud, Duluth) with occasional travel to Western WI, North Dakota, South Dakota
