The role requires 5 years of CRM experiences, strong communication, and travel readiness to support clinics and hospitals. The position is field-based and based in Minneapolis.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5 years clinical medical device experience or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
• Ability to collaborate and work with others effectively.
• High-level of comfort navigating medical environments (labs, hospitals).
• Proven ability to lead and influence customers; provide guidance to course-correct as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Familiarity with medical device industry policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsabilidades

• Educates physicians, nurses, educators and other healthcare providers on leadless pacing indications and patient selection.
• Provide procedural support per instructions for use and trial protocols to ensure consistency and optimal outcomes.
• Assist in education and training activities for Abbott personnel.
• Stay updated on clinical data related to leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate/program resources to expand markets and therapy access.
• Provide market intelligence for training and expansion plans.
• Liaise with marketing for product feedback and improvements.
• Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
• Plan and organize work, monitor performance and report status.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and procedures.
