Job summary

Philips is seeking a Territory Manager for Heart Rhythm Management in Minneapolis. You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and build strong physician relationships to expand the use of Excimer laser products.

The role requires field sales excellence, cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Advisors and Service teams, and travel across Minnesota and nearby states. You will lead territory planning and ensure compliance and safety in product usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment.
• BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of Excimer laser technology required; pacing technologies, electrophysiology, and related CRM devices is desired.
• Ability to manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, budgeting and expense reporting.
• Must meet physical, cognitive and environmental requirements for a field sales role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue growth goals in line with company expectations and develop a territory plan.
• Organize assigned accounts relative to their potential revenue generation and develop a territory plan.
• Negotiate and persuade decision-makers about proposals, offers, terms and conditions needed to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain communication skills to enhance physician interest and propensity in the Excimer laser and related products.
• Assess motives and opinions of decision-makers and influencers and decide on the best approach.
• Maintain and improve communication with Clinical Advisors, Field Service Engineers, Management and influencers on the account.
• Initiate, facilitate and stimulate account support activities: clinical support, technical service, maintenance and hospital safety procedures of lead extraction products.
• Travel: Minnesota - Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Cloud, Duluth; occasional travel: Western WI, North Dakota, South Dakota.
