Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional based in San Antonio to drive go-to-market efforts and cultivate relationships with clinical referral sources across priority markets. You will travel locally 4–5 days per week to meet patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and strengthen community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of proven sales experience and KPI ownership is a plus.
• Fluent English required for client-facing communication.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel locally 4-5 days/week for meetings with partners.
• Experience working with healthcare orgs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead education meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
