Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional based in Eastern Indianapolis to build relationships with clinical partners and expand access to mental health programs. You will visit referral sources, educate partners, and represent Charlie Health in local markets while aligning with our mission to connect people to life-saving behavioral health care.

You’ll travel 4-5 days a week, meet families and providers, and collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to drive

Qualifications

• 1-4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days/week
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
