Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking an Outreach Associate in Wesley Chapel, FL to drive growth by building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources.

You’ll travel locally 4–5 days a week, lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and champion Charlie Health’s mission in communities. The role offers base compensation between $65,000 and $80,000 per year plus an uncapped performance-based bonus, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
