Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach team member based in Norfolk, VA to drive go-to-market efforts and build strong partnerships with clinical and referral sources. You will travel regionally 4–5 days a week to meet with patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, and remove barriers to care.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to energize senior executives.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Norfolk, VA.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally (~1 hour driving) 4–5 days/week for partner meetings.
• Energetic, persuasive with senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills; good listener.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Travel 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers; uncover needs and address barriers.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events; in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies; collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal.
