Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp. seeks a Territory Manager for Maternal Child Health to drive account growth across the MC H portfolio in hospital settings.

This field-based, quota-bearing role partners with Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, and NICU teams to expand adoption and improve patient outcomes. The role requires 5+ years in women's health or related medical devices, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in women’s health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal medical devices.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of time.
• Experience with IDN or GPO aligned systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory plan to achieve quota and grow across the MCH portfolio.
• Lead consultative clinical discussions and product education for evaluations and adoption in L&D, OB/GYN, NICU environments.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nursing leaders, physicians, and hospital stakeholders.
• Work within hospital value analysis, procurement, and reimbursement frameworks; support contract pull-through in IDN-GPO‑aligned systems.
• Leverage data analysis, CRM, and prioritization to drive predictable results.
