Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp seeks a Territory Manager to lead day-to-day territory activities within the MCH portfolio. This field-based role blends clinical insight with consultative selling to drive adoption in hospital L&D, OB/GYN, and NICU settings.

You will manage accounts, educate clinicians, and collaborate with labor & delivery teams to achieve quota and growth. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in women’s health or maternal health devices, strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in women’s health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal medical devices.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of time based on geography.
• Experience working with IDN or GPO aligned systems.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute a defined territory plan to achieve quota and drive growth.
• Lead consultative clinical discussions and product education for evaluations and adoption.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Navigate value analysis, procurement, and IDN/GPO contracts with partners.
• Forecast, analyze data, and maintain disciplined CRM practices for scalable results.
