Siemens Healthineers AG in the United States seeks a high-performing sales professional to manage a West Palm Beach territory for lab diagnostics products and solutions. You will be the primary contact for customers, own the account plan, and drive meeting and exceeding of territory goals.

You will collaborate with specialists, health system executives, service teams and finance, grow the opportunity funnel, lead business reviews, and expand share of wallet across LD product lines.

Qualifications

• Track record of success leading commercial teams in med tech (lab diagnostics preferred).
• Experience developing account-level strategy and leading teams to execute plans.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• 3+ years in clinical diagnostic sales or hospital purchasing organizations.
• Ability to present effectively and reside in the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals for the West Palm Beach geographic territory.
• Serve as the primary contact and single point of contact for customers.
• Own product ownership and understand LD product lines against competition.
• Collaborate with specialists, Health System Executives, service, and finance teams.
• Develop and grow an opportunity funnel of competitive/prospective customers.
• Lead business reviews and update account plans based on market conditions.
• Grow share of wallet and maintain capital equipment and diagnostic reagent business.
• Maintain and update internal sales and data analytics tools (CRM, quoting, etc.).
