Siemens Healthineers AG seeks a Distribution Field Sales Specialist to drive distributor sales in the Central Territory for Lab Diagnostics. The role owns regional distributor relationships, forecasts, and strategic planning, requiring travel across the U.S. 70%+

You will lead product launches, training, business reviews, and cross-functional coordination to build long-term partnerships and capture growth opportunities in the laboratory and point-of-care market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in distribution and/or Laboratory sales.
• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree.
• Experience with distribution sales, promotions, funnel management.
• Willingness to travel 70% across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profit and growth objectives for assigned distributors.
• Drive product launches, product training, business reviews.
• Manage Distributor funnel and forecasting for the assigned distributors and deliver on each forecast.
• Develops and implements plan of action for meeting these objectives, acting as the overall lead to coordinate activities across internal departments and teams.
• Conducts regular business reviews with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues and identify additional partnership opportunities.
• Represents Siemens Healthineers at National and Regional sales meetings.
• Utilizes data management software to secure territory intelligence and develops a strategy; uses the CRM to record current accurate and complete account information and activity.
