Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a territory-based sales leader for West Palm Beach to manage lab diagnostic products and solutions. You will own the account, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with specialists, service, and finance to maximize opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical diagnostic sales, strong relationship management, and experience with account-level deal strategy. Residency in the assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing organizations.
• Track record of success leading commercial teams in the med tech industry (ideally laboratory diagnostics).
• Experience developing account-level deal strategy (Miller Heiman) and organizing teams to execute on plans.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals within the geographic territory.
• Serve as primary contact within account and single point of contact for customer needs.
• Maintain and grow capital equipment and diagnostic reagent business across LD product lines.
• Lead business reviews and update account plans based on market conditions and competition.
• Collaborate with internal teams (specialists, Health System Executives, service, finance).
