Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Distribution Field Sales Specialist to drive distributor sales in the Central Territory for Lab Diagnostics. The role owns regional distributor relationships and strategy, coordinating with national distributors to meet objectives.

You will lead product launches, trainings, and business reviews, manage funnels and forecasts, and develop action plans across internal teams to win new partnerships while delivering strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in distribution and / or Laboratory sales.
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree.
Ability to travel at least 70% in the U.S.
Residence in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales, profit and growth objectives for assigned distributors.
Drive product launches, training, and business reviews.
Manage distributor funnel and forecasting for the assigned distributors.
Prepare strategic plans in coordination with marketing and sales leads to build long term partnerships.
Develop and implement action plans to meet objectives, coordinating across internal departments.
Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and identify partnership opportunities.
Provide market intelligence for the sales organization.
Represent Siemens Healthineers at national and regional sales meetings.
Utilize CRM to maintain current account information and activity.
